Flexible, trusted care designed for aviation families.
Flight Kidz Academy was created to support families with nontraditional schedules — especially those working in aviation and essential service roles.
Founded by a flight attendant and mom, Flight Kidz Academy is being thoughtfully developed with a deep understanding of early mornings, late nights, reserve schedules, and the need for dependable, flexible child care families can trust.
Our program is currently in the process of becoming licensed in the State of Arizona and is being developed in alignment with state child care standards, safety requirements, and best practices. Every aspect of the program — from environment to policies — is intentionally structured to meet regulatory expectations once licensure is finalized.
Flight Kidz Academy is childcare for crew — by crew. Services will begin upon completion of required licensing and approvals.

Isis Alexander
Founder & Owner, Flight Kidz Academy
Flight Kidz Academy was founded by Isis Alexander, a flight attendant and mother who understands firsthand the realities of aviation life.
Through years of navigating reserve schedules, early mornings, overnights, and last-minute callouts, Isis experienced the challenges many aviation families face when seeking dependable, flexible child care that aligns with the rhythms of the profession. That lived experience shaped the vision behind Flight Kidz Academy.
Flight Kidz Academy is currently in the process of becoming licensed in Arizona and is being thoughtfully developed to support aviation and essential working families. The program is designed to emphasize structure, clear communication, scheduling awareness, and high standards of care — all aligned with state child care regulations and best practices once licensure is approved.
At its core, Flight Kidz Academy is built on the values of safety, structure, trust, and care. The program is intentionally designed to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive and families can feel confident and at ease upon program launch.
