✈️  Membership Program

Membership Overview

Membership at Flight Kidz Academy provides priority consideration and expanded access to care beyond standard daytime hours. Membership is open to all families and is designed to support flexible scheduling needs.

Members may request extended and overnight care earlier than non-members. All care is confirmed based on staffing availability, licensing ratios, and safety requirements. Membership does not guarantee care.

Membership tiers reflect scheduling predictability, not profession. Families are encouraged to select the tier that best aligns with their anticipated care needs.

Membership supports safe planning, consistent supervision, and licensing-compliant care.

How Membership Works at Flight Kidz Academy

Membership at Flight Kidz Academy is optional and is designed to help families who may need extended, flexible, or overnight care more often than standard daytime childcare provides.

Membership does not guarantee care.

Instead, it provides priority consideration and earlier access when care is available and safe to offer.

Think of membership as a planning and access tool, not a reservation or contract for specific dates.

Proposed Membership Tiers
Flight Kidz Academy is being developed as a membership-based program model intended to support consistent care planning, appropriate staffing, and scheduling prioritization for families with nontraditional schedules.

Membership is designed to establish a family’s relationship with the program and outline anticipated scheduling priority, flexibility, and access to care once licensure is approved and services begin.

The following proposed membership tiers are being developed to support varying levels of child care needs. Final availability and structure will be confirmed upon program approval and licensure:

  • Reserve Membership (Proposed) – Flexible, space-available care for families with occasional or unpredictable schedules

  • Lineholder Membership (Proposed) – Structured monthly care with enhanced priority and scheduling flexibility

  • Premium Crew Membership (Proposed) – Guaranteed access and highest priority for families requiring consistent or full-time-equivalent care

Memberships are billed monthly and reviewed quarterly.

Quarterly reviews allow the program to align staffing, availability, and care needs while maintaining licensing compliance.

Membership availability is limited to maintain quality, ratios, and licensing compliance.

✈️Part-Time & Full-Time Care
(Planned Program Options)

Flight Kidz Academy is currently preparing to offer part-time and full-time care options designed to support families seeking consistent, dependable child care once licensure is approved.

These planned care options are being developed to support children who benefit from:

  • Consistent schedules
  • Structured daily routines
  • Age-appropriate enrichment
  • Stable caregiver relationships
Part-time care provides scheduled weekly childcare without priority access, extended hours, or overnight consideration, which are benefits available through membership.
Part-time care is available for families needing up to three scheduled days per week. Part-time enrollment does not include extended hours, overnight care, or priority scheduling, which are available through membership.

Care schedules will be coordinated in alignment with each family’s needs upon program launch, while maintaining compliance with staffing requirements, group structure, and developmental appropriateness as outlined by Arizona child care licensing regulations.

Availability of part-time and full-time care will be determined based on licensed capacity, staffing approval, and finalized membership structure once the program is licensed and operational.

✈️Drop-In Care & Late Pick-Up Support

Drop-In Care (Proposed Program Feature)

Drop-in care is a proposed program feature being developed to support families who may experience occasional or unexpected schedule changes.

If approved, this feature will be offered in accordance with Arizona child care licensing regulations, staffing requirements, and licensed capacity once the program is licensed and operational. Availability will be determined at the time of request and is not guaranteed.

Late Pick-Up Support

Late pick-up support is a planned program feature intended to provide a limited, structured extension for families experiencing unavoidable delays.

This feature is designed for occasional use and will operate within clearly defined timeframes, staffing guidelines, and licensing regulations once licensure is finalized and services begin.

Flight Kidz Academy is currently preparing to offer thoughtfully designed child care programs created to support families with nontraditional and demanding schedules.

All program offerings are being developed in alignment with Arizona child care licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices. Final program details will be confirmed and made available upon completion of state licensing and approval.
